Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: The request for a refund must be initiated within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order. Any requests made after this period will not be processed.
- Condition of Items: The items being returned must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. They must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (such as buttons, belts, or dust bags) that were included with the product.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 60-day period, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we may request photos or other evidence of the issue to process your refund promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or incorrect, including:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., items with monograms, engravings, or made-to-order specifications).
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), unless they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your refund request. If the item is defective or incorrect, include clear photos of the issue to help us process your request faster.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a return authorization number (RA) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. While we offer free shipping for original orders, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD) to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
- For credit/debit card payments: The refund may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- For PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 1-3 business days.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or in cash.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund, including but not limited to:
- Items returned after the 60-day period but within 90 days, at our discretion.
- Items returned in a condition that is not fully original (e.g., missing tags, minor damage, or signs of gentle use), where we determine a partial refund is appropriate.
- Customized items that are defective but cannot be resold, where a partial refund may be offered based on the extent of the defect.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above once you receive the item(s).
